• ENBS HEALTHCARE is a placement firm to allow an Employer to contact Employees (Housemaid/ drivers or any services providers) listed with us as job seekers for the purpose of employment . While filling the form Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand Only) as Registration Payment Should made, which will be non refundable.
  • ENBS HEALTHCARE will provide the Housemaid within 10 days.
  • With In 10 day cooling period, after the receipt and clearance of our full placement fees, if a Housemaid/Servant placed by us leaves within 10 days ,we will replace Housemaid/Servant without any additional charges.
  • ENBS HEALTHCARE provide prospective Housemaid on trial period for 2 Days which is chargeable.
  • The Housemaid Candidates are verified by the ENBS HEALTHCARE ’s Talented Officers.
  • The Salary will fixed by the Compromise between the Housemaid/Servant and client. ENBS HEALTHCARE will have not interference in these procedings.
  • Any extra payments or advances made to Housemaid by Client, ENBS HEALTHCARE shall not be held responsible for any disputes if arrised.
  • If any Housemaid discontinues leaves his/her jobs for any personal reason, ENBS HEALTHCARE will provide you the Candidate.
  • In case of any f the client need replacement, client inform to the ENBS HEALTHCARE before 10 to 15 days.
  • The ENBS HEALTHCARE will provide you 2 (Two) replacements within One year after the first Candidate’s selection. The replacement provided will have the same Job description and timings and hours of work as mentioned and filled in the job specification form during placement of the first Housemaid. We will try to match the skills of the replacement worker with the initially placed worker, however we do not guarantee that the replacement worker will have exactly the same personality traits and attributes as the one selected in first case.
  • The Third replacement onwards you will be charged at the rate of Rs. 4000/- per replacement for full time worker.. For part time worker the charge will be Rs.2500/- (within the contract period of one year)
  • ENBS HEALTHCARE is a Hiring Platform . If the Housemaid commits theft, robbery or loss of any nature in house. It will be sole responsibility of the client to take the necessary legal action against the candidates on the spot with valid reason. ENBS HEALTHCARE does not take any responsibility to pay for losses.
  • Two Holidays are compulsory to give Housemaid/Servant for Domestic Service in a month for their residential purpose as per mutual understanding.
  • If Housemaid will not take Holidays then she/he takes extra charge for that days.
  • Police verification of the Housemaid/servant will be the sole responsibility of the client.
  • ENBS HEALTHCARE does not authenticate any document of the employee provided to the client.
  • No replacement, if Housemaid leaves the job due to non-payment of salary.
  • If the Housemaid leaves the job let us say after two months then the replacement period will continued only for one month.
  • Under this agreement it is deemed that you have read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned.
